About the project
A compact apartment rebuilt around three pieces of joinery — the kitchen island, the feature wall, the shoe cabinet. Each one doubles as a divider so the 750 sq ft reads larger than it measures.

Built-In Living.
750 sq ft leaves no room for indulgence — every move has to earn its place. We anchored the plan around the kitchen island so the cooking, eating, and hanging-out all happen at one piece of joinery. The feature wall in the living area frees the floor for a sofa that doesn't fight for attention. The shoe cabinet, doubling as the entry partition, was detailed in-house so the look stays consistent from the moment you walk in.
