15,988 sq ft along Shad Thames — heritage architecture, modern functionality, and the kind of natural light you only get on the water. Open-plan floors and private roof terraces in a building that's been sustainably restored without losing its character. The brief was comprehensive FF&E curation: we hand-picked pieces from the Conran collection so the styling reads consistent across every floor, kitted the meeting rooms with current-gen AV and modular furnishings so the space stays flexible for future tenants, and ran a lighter tonal palette to play with the waterside light. Strategic pops of colour and Bauhaus-inspired artwork hold the character — design-forward without trading on the heritage.
