About the project
7,300 sq ft on the top floor of a building in downtown KL. You'd expect the noise of the city to come up there with you. It doesn't. The clients are a family who didn't want a show home — they wanted somewhere that actually felt like theirs, warm and grounded, the kind of place you want to spend a Sunday in.
Concept
Modern Classic Contemporary.
Warm tones, a little mixed metal here and there. Herman Miller for the loose furniture, and we built the rest straight into the walls so it fits the space properly. The plan stays open — no hard line between the public side of the house and the private side. And since you're sitting on the top floor, every room gets sun.
