1,200 sq ft worked twice — once for circulation, once for the joinery. Living and dining open into one continuous space, the master bedroom holds the other end quiet. Calm by design, not by accident.

Lake Ville is the kind of unit where the bones are right and the brief is restraint. We opened the living and dining into one continuous space, kept the wall palette pale, and ran timber through the joinery so the rooms feel anchored without going heavy. The master bedroom holds back further — a deep headboard, low side tables, no visual noise. Calm by design, not by accident.
