Lalaport, KL
Four days on the Lalaport KL rooftop. The brief fit 50+ vendors, a main stage for performances, gaming corners, a custom facade build, and the main bar across an open footprint we treated like a playground — every corner earning an activity, the layout reading as togetherness. Tiger ran collaborations with Atmos and Jaya Grocer to widen the touchpoints, and modern Chinese motifs carried through every surface without the usual indoor-space constraints.

Concept
Together, We Roar.
Tiger Beer's Chinese New Year, carried across two malls on a modular kit built to travel. Same Tiger Town language, tightened structural system, oriental motifs woven into the build rather than dressed on top.
The interstate haul made modularity the brief — joinery specialists split the system into truck-sized sub-assemblies, sequenced to land at both venues in the same order. Graphics flexed to each footprint; the look stayed identical. 20,000+ attendees across both cities.
