Refurbished, Right.
Workspace runs flexible offices across London — 4,000 businesses in revitalised heritage buildings, each refurbishment a careful trade between brand consistency and the character of the space it sits in. We worked alongside their project managers on a series of those refurbishments: condition surveys first, then strategic upgrades to lighting and materials. We curated and sourced every piece of furniture, planned the placements, and styled each site before handover. Mood boards were built for each project from the ground up — aligned to the building, the brand, and the kind of tenant the space draws in.
